(I think 276 or something like that) yep i have gotsomething about that amount, but before with each new dlc SCS added new set of drivers. Also amount of available garage slots much more than amount of available drivers. Yes, something like that.

First you need to have a garage with a free slot. Then go to job center, and hire the driver you want a place the driver in the free slot in your garage. Also remember to buy a truck to the driver and put that truck in the same slot as your new driver. When you choose a driver to hire, mind the work evaluation - the higher the better. Another important thing is the salary, which basically means how much the driver wants to earn for every kilometer. The last, but not least, of the factors are the skills of every driver.
