When I was playing first time around I was getting 90 xp with parking and afterwards I deleted that profile and made a new one to connect to WOT and from there on I kept getting precision parking up to 40xp :/

Its like nothing. Parking a trailer perfectly is more challenging than driving itself. Also there is even more difficult parking slots. They should increase XP much more or give extra money. I usually just skip whole parking scene, because I get easily 50 XP for driving an empty truck to the gas station or the repair.
